I love a product that has no additives! I add a scoop of this creatine to my protein shakes after the gym!

My favorite memoir by an incredible teacher and mentor.

Prudence Farrow Bruns was the inspiration for the song Dear Prudence by The Beatles. I was lucky enough to train under her in Transcendental Meditation and do my Yoga Teacher Training with her.

KAGED Hydration

I add a scoop of this to my water bottle every morning before going to the gym! I’ve tried a lot of Electrolytes, and this is by far my favorite.
